*Tenants of Shetland Park may be eligible to receive rewards for referring new tenants who lease a unit at Shetland Park. To be eligible for a referral reward, the referring individual or business must be a current commercial tenant at Shetland Park and in good standing. A tenant is defined as the entity or individual whose name is on the lease. The referred lease must be a minimum of a one-year lease term. Referral rewards must be submitted via the online form at https://shetlandpark.com/tenant-referral-submissions/. The referral reward shall be due and payable to the referring individual or business once the referred party has entered into a commercial lease and upon the payment of the first month’s rent. The referral reward will be given either in the form of a one-time rental credit or a check issued to the referring tenant. Shetland Park retains full discretion in determining when the referral reward is provided via a one-time rental credit or check.
