Recently, the park has installed two ATM machines on-site for added convenience. Now tenants and visitors have quick access to cash at Shetland Park, removing the need to find a bank during the workday. The ATMs are located in the lobby of Building 1, 27 Congress Street and on the second floor of Building 2, 35 Congress Street (adjacent to the skywalk entrance to the parking garage).

Having this amenity within the buildings of Shetland Park is simply an added bonus and convenience for the thousands of employees and visitors that come to Shetland Park each day.. I personally have found myself in many instances where I needed cash on hand and would have to walk down the street to the nearest ATM. Now I can just walk right outside of my office, which saves me a lot of time!” said Katie Davis, Shetland’s Leasing & Marketing Manager.
Automated Teller Machines or ATMs provide a customer convenience feature that can benefit many of our tenants. One benefit of having the two ATM’s at Shetland Park is that it will encourage more retail sales for tenants who sell products by keeping customers onsite to access their money which could lead to larger purchases.
